All drop-in units are fully dyno tested and ready to install.WARRANTY- Up to 24 months-unlimited mileage warranty. Nationwide coverage. Warranty labor paid at OEM times and at the shop rate. Warranty also applies to commercial application.

REPLACED PARTS- Replaced parts (regardless of wear) include:

• Turbocharger (where applicable).
  
• Fuel injection pumps.
  
• Piston rings and snap pins.
  
• Connecting rod bearings, bushings, nuts and bolts.
  
• Crankshaft main and thrust bearings, rear and side seals.
• Camshaft bearings.
  
• Valves, retainers, retainer locks and stem seals.
  
• Waterpump and thermostats.
  
• Oil pump and pickup tube.
  
• Gaskets, dowels, cap plugs, clamps, hoses, and o-rings. Grommet, filters, key pins and seals.
  

Also included for drop-ins is sheet metal fuel lines, injectors, injection pump, water pump exhaust and intake manifolds, oil pump, pulleys, oil cooler, fuel and oil filters, vibration damper and turbo (if applicable), (CAT 3208 INCLUDES BELL HOUSING). All " experienced" parts are evaluated through careful inspection and testing. Parts not meeting our strict criteria are replaced.

SPECIFICATIONS FEATURES

• Blocks, heads and cranks are tested ultrasonically.
  
• Cylinders are sleeved (as required) bored and honed.
  
• Blocks are align bored.
  
• Crankshafts and camshafts are ground to OE specifications.
  
• Heads and blocks are resurfaced.
  
• 100% live run dyno testing on drop-in engines.
